Editorial Policy
How Ask About NEXA is written, sourced, reviewed, and corrected
Who runs this site
Ask About NEXA is an independent editorial project maintained by Renato Rodic (NMLS 1615600), a licensed loan officer with NEXA Lending (formerly NEXA Mortgage). Renato writes and reviews the site personally, and is accountable for every claim published here. The site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official channel of NEXA Lending / NEXA Mortgage LLC.
How facts are sourced
- Company claims about NEXA Lending (size, licensing, history, executives, programs) are sourced from third-party publications such as HousingWire, Mortgage Professional America, National Mortgage Professional, BusinessWire, and public regulatory data from NMLS Consumer Access. Every guide includes a References section linking to the source article.
- First-party facts about Renato Rodic’s team, NEXA100 onboarding, and MLOBOX come directly from Renato and his team. These are labelled in-body and are current as of the page’s “Last updated” date.
- Loan-program specifics reference the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, HUD, VA, USDA, and Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac primary documentation wherever a rule is cited.
- License verification for any loan officer mentioned should always be confirmed at NMLS Consumer Access.
How often content is reviewed
Every page carries a “Published” and “Last updated” date. Guides, loan-program pages, and licensing content are reviewed at least quarterly, and re-checked any time a cited source publishes new figures. News items are checked and republished as events happen.
How to report an error
If any fact on this site is out of date, missing a source, or incorrect, please tell us and we will fix it, add a source, or remove the claim. Use the Contact page or email rrodic@nexalending.com. Substantive corrections are noted in the page’s “Last updated” date.
Editorial independence & disclosures
Ask About NEXA is written by a NEXA Lending loan officer. Pages about joining NEXA and about Renato’s own services are conversion pages by design and are labelled as such. Company, history, leadership, licensing, and glossary pages aim to be neutral encyclopedia content and are sourced from third-party publications. Consumers should verify any loan officer’s license at NMLS Consumer Access before sharing personal information.
