Who we are
Ask About NEXA (https://askaboutnexa.com) is an independent editorial reference about NEXA Lending, maintained by Team Renato Rodic (NMLS 1615600). We are not an official NEXA Lending website.
What the join form collects
When you submit the “Start your NEXA journey” form on this site, we collect:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- NMLS ID (optional)
- The page you submitted from, the time of submission, your browser user-agent, and a hashed version of your IP for spam protection
Why we collect it
So Renato Rodic’s team at NEXA Lending can contact you about joining NEXA — that’s it. We never use the information you submit for unrelated marketing, retargeting, or third-party promotion.
Who receives it
Only Renato Rodic’s team receives what you submit through the form. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any other party. Emails are delivered through Mailgun, our email service provider, which acts as a processor on our behalf.
Site analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, general geography, device type). These tools use cookies and may collect standard technical data. We do not link analytics data to the personal information you submit through the join form.
How to request deletion
You can ask us to delete the information you submitted through the join form at any time — no reason needed. Reach out via the contact page and we’ll remove it within a reasonable time.
Data retention
We keep join-form submissions for as long as we’re actively working with you on joining NEXA, and for a reasonable follow-up period afterward. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Changes to this policy
If we materially change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the “Last updated” date above.
