NEXA’s model is built on independent, self-generating loan officers and team builders who operate outside the corporate leadership org chart above. Each LO holds their own NMLS license and runs their business under NEXA’s brokerage umbrella, with support from the executive, compliance, and operations functions.
Renato Rodic (NMLS 1615600) is one of NEXA’s team builders — not a corporate executive — and helps new loan officers onboard, transfer their licenses, and get productive at NEXA.
