NEXA Expands UNLIMITED to Nine Lenders and Publishes Updated Comp Chart
EPM and Averra Financial join the NEXA UNLIMITED list, and the updated chart lays out the partnership tiers and the 300 bps compensation cap.
By the Ask About NEXA editorial team
NEXA has published an updated compensation chart that expands the NEXA UNLIMITED lender list and sets out the full partnership structure.
NEXA UNLIMITED now covers nine lenders
Nine lenders now pay 100% of revenue on every loan with no volume requirement and no recruiting requirement, automatic from a loan officer's first day: UWM, PennyMac, Longbridge Financial, evoLend, Finance of America Reverse, Deephaven, eLEND, EPM, and Averra Financial. EPM and Averra are the newest additions. Averra Financial was formerly The Loan Store; per Renato Rodic, its HELOC product is not part of the non-delegated channel.
The correspondent list and the $2M threshold
Every correspondent lender on NEXA's approved list qualifies a loan officer for NEXA 100 with no volume minimum — the $2 million threshold has been removed. The condition is one first-level recruit who closes at least one loan per month. Brokered loans continue to require $2 million or more in volume and are available at margins of 275 bps and below.
The approved correspondent list includes AD Mortgage, Click N' Close, CMG, Community Wholesale Lending, FBC Mortgage, Finance of America (commercial white label), HomeXpress, Huntington Bank, JMAC Lending, Kind Lending, MEGACapital, Merchants Bank, MLB, Mutual of Omaha Reverse, Newrez, NexBank, Oaktree, PRMG, PR Mortgage Investment, REMN (excluding TX, AL, AK, CA, FL, GA, NJ), Security National Mortgage, Sun West, Towne Mortgage, Union Home Mortgage, US Bank Correspondent, US Bank DPA, Village Capital, and Windsor.
Partnership tiers
The chart sets out four partnership levels based on first-level recruits: Growth Partner at 1 recruit (NEXA 100), Junior Partner at 5 (NEXA 100 plus level 2 revenue share), Senior Partner at 10 (NEXA 100 plus level 3 revenue share), and Executive Partner at 20 (100% on every loan). NEXA states that revenue share is paid from company profit, not from loan officer compensation.
The 300 bps cap
Maximum compensation to a loan officer does not exceed 300 bps. Any amount above that threshold is allocated to the overage ledger. The chart's margin-to-comp table runs from 400 margin (330 comp) down to 75 margin (44 comp).
