NEXA loan officer and team builder Renato Rodic (NMLS 1615600) announced in a July 2026 Facebook post that his downline — every loan officer he has personally recruited plus their recruits, extending ten levels deep — has closed more than $16.5 billion in loan volume across 52,000+ loans since 2020.
To put the figure in context, Rodic wrote that when he lined his team's production up against RETR data for the entire company, it amounted to roughly 43 percent of all NEXA volume since 2023. These are his reported numbers from his own review of the data, not independently audited totals, and they describe his team's production — not a NEXA corporate announcement.
The post came days after NEXA Lending crossed 3,700 licensed mortgage loan originators, a company milestone Rodic referenced.
